What to expect
- 🪵 What we accept: handmade textiles, decor, jewelry, art, and toys made locally.
- 💵 Commission: standard rate is 30% (you keep 70%).
- 🗓️ Term: items stay on the floor for 90 days. We'll reach out before that if a piece needs a price drop or pickup.
- 🏷️ Pricing: we price together, based on materials, time, and what similar pieces have sold for.
- 🤝 Payout: available in-store or by check, issued monthly for anything sold that month.

What can I consign at Mountain Homemade?
Handmade quilts and textiles, decor, jewelry, toys, and art — as long as they were made by someone in the Twin Lakes area.
What is the commission rate?
Our standard commission is 30%, meaning you keep 70% of the sale price.
How long do items stay on the floor?
Standard consignment terms run 90 days. If an item hasn't sold by then, we'll reach out to talk about a price adjustment or pickup.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are available in-store or by check at the end of each month for anything sold during that month.
Do I need an appointment to drop off items?
No appointment needed — just stop by during business hours.
